About Group
Visit the Anime hub of the world, Tokyo, for Anime Japan 2021! Trent (my hubby) or "Anime aficionado" is leading this small group. While we lived in Japan, he spent many Sundays in Akiba or in Odaiba and knows them well. Why travel with us as opposed to going on your own? Well, one of us is always with you and we travel like locals! Second, you can truly enjoy the experience without having to navigate it all in a different country with a different language. And third, having lived there it is an immersive cultural experience as the cultural differences will be explained along the way. Mario cart, sushi, izakayas, you name it, it can happen! This Anime tour will take place primarily in Tokyo, but don't worry you will still get to experience traditional Japan with a few scenic excursions.
It is highly recommended that only serious Anime fans attend;-)
This Anime Extravaganza tour is fully escorted by an American tour leader and includes transportation to/from the airport, shared hotel accommodations with daily breakfast, one traditional Japanese kaiseki meal, a 2-day ticket to Anime Japan, a Studio Ghibli museum ticket, pocket wifi, and subway card.
