Hi, this is your tour guide Ali, who is not just a tour guide but a friend, escort and a travel companion. because personally I am fond of traveling. I am a graduate in Indian History from Agra University and have diploma in Russian language. I started my career as a tour guide eight years ago, when I was studying in college. My hobby of traveling made me a tour guide, which is really good for me because I just don't work as a tour guide but enjoy my work as well. I always love to show my country and its places from the depth, not only monuments or historical buildings but I love to show local markets, streets, manufacturing factories, schools, religious places and residential areas. I personally love to go to gym if my guests are interested in doing work out so they can even enjoy there work out in the gym with me, I love cycling, biking and running. I love all those things which helps me to be fit. I can show you my country and its places like no one can, so book me and let me make

We will pick you up from your hotel in Delhi ( pick up in air conditioning car ) and then head to Old Delhi with your private local tour guide.

As soon as we reach Old Delhi first of all we will take rickshaw ride, climb onto a cycle rickshaw and enjoy the views as you ride past the several colorful busy and narrow streets of Old Delhi, you will be told why they play an important role for locals.

Our first stop will be at the Jama Mosque, the largest mosque in India which was built by fifth Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan between 1650 and 1656.
A detailed explanation about the Jama Mosque will be given to you by your private local tour guide.

After visiting the Jama Mosque we will continue our rickshaw ride to the busiest market of Old Delhi known as a Chandni Chowk which has been around for more than 3 centuries and once was visited by merchants from Turkey, China and even Holland.
Chandni chowk was designed by elder daughter of Emperor Shahjahan her name was Jahanara.

Another stop at khari Baoli which is known for it's whole sale groceries and Asia's largest whole sale spice market. Operating since 17th century.

After walking in spice market we will start our food tastings. we will be taking stops at the most famous eateries of Old Delhi where we will be tasting some jalebi ( india crispy sweets ), samosa ( india pie filled with potato pure and spices), pakora ( crispy and fried potato pie ) and offcourse naan ( India bread with garlic ).

Now let's take a look at Chor Bazaar which is one of the most exciting places and the biggest thrift shop in Old Delhi. It has every thing you might ever think of buying.

Our final stop at the red city or the Red Fort which served as a main residence of the fifth Mughal Emperor Shahjahan who built Old Delhi ( formerly known as Shahjahanabad ) and made his capital. It will be observed from outside.

Goodbyes, I hope you enjoyed your amazing Old Delhi tour and will be back soon. ( transfer to your hotel or airport in same air-conditioning car )
